Code for Africa

Code for Africa (CfA) is Africa's Largest Civic Technology + Open Data + Data Journalism Initiative. CfA works with governments, grassroots citizen organisations, and the media to help liberate data and empower citizens.

With their vast knowledge and reach, CfA will conduct the trainings related to the module, “Digital Trends & Innovation in the Newsroom“. They will teach the trainees how to formulate and implement a digital business and editorial strategy for newsrooms, including analysis and reconciliation of infrastructure, of editorial and business resources, and of platforms.
