Tanzania: Coach for Rural Multipliers

DW Akademie is looking for a qualified coach to support four rural multipliers from Tanzania throughout an innovation cycle focused on amplifying the voices of youth and women in community decision-making.

The coach will support participants on an individual basis, guiding them in developing, testing, and budgeting for small-scale community projects, while strengthening their advocacy, facilitation, and leadership skills.

Assignment period: August 2026 – April 2027
