The Sithi Hub is the first human rights technology hub in Cambodia. It was started in November 2013 and is run by The Cambodian Center for Human Rights (CCHR). The goal of Sithi Hub is to support human rights organisations in utilizing ICT tools to improve the human rights situation in Cambodia. There are regular ICT and social media trainings for human rights activists, as well as discussions and film screenings.

Visit the Sithi Hub Website to find out more about their activities. Also check out the websites of two incubator projects that Sithi Hub supports. Politikoffee is a group of tech-savvy Cambodian youths who discuss and comment socioeconomic and political developments in Cambodia  – both online and offline. WHRD is an online-project collecting testimony of women human rights defenders in Cambodia.
